Best Eye Make-Up Tips The best tips I could recommend would be to use one neutral eyeshadow all over and use a dark eyeshadow as eyeliner. Apply it into your lashes with a small brush. Foundation Application If you want your foundation to look sheer, apply it with a sponge. For more coverage apply it with your fingertips. Professional Make-Up artists prefer using a Make-Up brush as this will apply and blend the foundation beautifully.
Dark Circles Darkness under the eyes can be due to heredity,lack of sleep, smoking, drinking, and/or allergies. If due to heredity, camouflage is your only option. Use a concealer that blends with your skin tone. You may want to use a corrective color (green or yellow) underneath the concealer. This can be applied under the eyes and sometimes on the eyelid if the concealer is not too creamy. If the darkness is due to lack of sleep and/or allergies, an anti-puffiness eye product will help circulation and may lessen the darkness.
